Experiment and analysis of heating equipment based on hydraulic cavitation

Tests and analyses the supply and return water temperature, thermal efficiency, pressure and water quality of the new heating equipment based on the principle of hydraulic cavitation. The results show that the thermal efficiency of the equipment decreases with the increase of water temperature. The comprehensive thermal efficiency is 96.99%, and it can provide 0.173 MPa residual pressure. The water quality after cavitation is obviously improved, which can effectively prevent scale generation. Compared with traditional electric hot water boilers, this heating equipment realizes the multi-dimensional utilization of energy(heating, pressing, softening), greatly simplifies the conventional heating system and improves the efficiency.
